Challenge
The Rolex Equipment Service department approached us to create a presentation video showcasing the processes involved in implementing new equipment, while briefly highlighting the case of a recently introduced machine.
The video was to be presented during a company-wide internal event, where each department shared its activities and achievements. Since the audience was already familiar with the general workflows, the objective was to highlight more specifically the contributions of the Equipment Service.
The key challenges were:
Understanding internal workflows quickly
Finding a clear and visually coherent way to illustrate complex processes with only a few internal screenshots as raw material
Delivering a high-quality video within a tight 2.5-week timeline
"The team loved the video format for the presentation."

Development
We worked closely with Julien da Fonseca Mos, project manager at Rolex, who provided all necessary information and context.
Together, we developed an initial draft script to shape the story.
Benoit Pelle led the art direction, defining the graphic style and producing all required assets once validated.
Julien Andrey managed the project, refined the script, built the storyboard, explored animation options, and produced the final motion design.
Results
The presentation was warmly received at the internal event, fully achieving its goal of making technical content accessible while delivering it in a modern, engaging format.
