Challenge
The logo of VISART Opticians is more than a graphic mark.
Created by the father of Delphine Martin Peresse, a former advertising creative director, it embodies both a family story and the brand’s DNA.
As an independent optician, VISART Opticians embraces an artisanal and ethical approach, and stands out from large retail chains. The frames are crafted by independent artisans, and every choice reflects a committed vision of the profession.
The challenge was to:
animate an existing logo without altering its essence
respect its strong symbolic value
express the brand’s independence, craftsmanship and personality in just a few seconds
Solution
We designed a bespoke logo animation, faithful to the original design while adding movement and expression.
The animation acts as an animated signature, conveying VISART Opticians’ values and humour, strengthening its differentiation from standardized market players.
The brand universe is enriched by the presence of the owl, a symbol of vision and precision, and a mascot dear to Delphine, often featured in her boutiques.
Creative process
Building on the existing identity, we focused on a simple and symbolic approach to motion, prioritizing clarity, rhythm and visual coherence.
The goal was to create a short, evocative and instantly recognizable animation in service of the brand story.
Results
The result is a distinctive and expressive logo animation that tells the story of VISART Opticians in just a few seconds.
It affirms the brand’s independent and artisanal positioning, while strengthening recognition and personality.
